NO COOK SALSA 
1 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. chopped jalapenos (or to taste)
1 large can tomatoes (S & W ready cut tomatoes work best)
1/2 to 3/4 bunch of green onions
Dash of red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano (or to taste)

Mash garlic and salt together. Add rest of ingredients and enjoy. Best when made a few hours before serving, but can also be eaten right away.
