1 lb. hamburger meat 1 can corn 4 med. sized potatoes Chili powder (to own's desire) 1. Preheat skillet and brown meat. 2. Drain meat well and place in bottom of casserole dish. 3. Open and drain can of corn. 4. Place corn on top of meat in the dish. 5. Mash potatoes. 6. Place potatoes on corn and smooth. 7. Sprinkle chili powder. 8. Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees until potatoes are brown. 9. Take out of oven and Enjoy! | |
