BASIC VEGETABLE SOUP - LOW
CALORIE
 
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
3 c. zucchini, broccoli other veggies in bite-sized pieces
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Seasonings to taste - thyme, marjoram, basil, oregano
6 c. liquid (water/tomato juice)
3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes

Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
