CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE 
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt
Vanilla

Mix flour and sugar in large bowl and set aside. Boil together water, butter, oil and cocoa in saucepan for 1 minute. Mix with flour and sugar mixture and then add buttermilk, eggs, soda, salt, and vanilla. After mixing well, bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

HOT ICING ON HOT CAKE:

8 tbsp. canned milk (you may need more)
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
3 heaping tbsp. cocoa

Mix ingredients together and bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute and pour over hot cake.
