2 c. flour
2 sticks butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
Walnuts, chopped (optional)

Mix flour and butter; press into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Beat together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Spread on baked pastry. Beat pudding and milk until thick. Spread on top of cheese mixture. Let set in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Top with remaining Cool Whip and chopped walnuts.
