PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 c. roasted peanuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
2 c. Granola
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. unsweetened coconut or sesame seeds

Combine peanuts, raisins, 1/2 cup coconut and granola in a mixing bowl. Pour syrup over mixture. Add peanut butter and stir to mix in evenly. Shape 1 inch balls, then roll in remaining coconut or sesame seeds. Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
