BANANA SPLIT CAKE II 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4-5 bananas
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)

Mix cake according to directions. Bake in greased roasting pan a few minutes less than directions call for, since mixture will produce a rather thin cake. When cool, cover with pudding mixture (see below), then thinly sliced bananas, then well-drained pineapple.

Lastly, cover with Cool Whip. Cherries and nuts may be used as garnish. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Pudding Mixture: In mixer put instant pudding, cream cheese (softened to room temperature) and 1 1/2 cups milk. Blend well.
