CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. sesame seeds and 1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Top Ramen - sesame
Chicken noodle soup
8 green onions, chopped
1 lg. green cabbage, chopped
4 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked, boned (I simmer or steam mine in water, sesame oil and cooking sherry)
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

Heat oil in frying pan, toast almonds and seeds. Combine onion, chicken, cabbage and broken uncooked noodles. Add dressing and chill several hours.

Dressing: 1/4 cup sugar, salt, pepper. Both flavor packets from soup. 1/2 cup sesame oil, 6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar. Yummy.
