PIMENTO CHEESE 
4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 sm. jars chopped pimentos
1/2 tsp. dillweed
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 c. mayonnaise (Kraft, no cholesterol)

Mix all the above. Use more mayonnaise if needed for greater spreading consistency. Use on crackers, toasted bread or for stuffing celery.
