LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 pkgs. (15 oz.) Italian style spaghetti sauce mix
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
4 (6 oz.) cans of water
6 (1 1/2 inch wide) lasagna noodles
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. American cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion

Saute ground beef and onions; drain. Mix tomato paste, water and spaghetti sauce; mix and add to meat. Simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles. Layer baking dish with meat, noodles and grated cheese, making the bottom layer meat and the top cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
