1 sm. head cauliflower
1/2 head lettuce
1 can black olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar bacon bits
Miracle Whip

Break up cauliflower and lettuce into small pieces. Combine rest of ingredients with Miracle Whip, enough to hold together.
