PEANUT BUTTER ICING 
3/4 c. shortening
3-5 tbsp. peanut butter
2 egg whites
1/4 - 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners' sugar

In large mixer bowl, cream shortening for 5 minutes. Add egg whites; cream well. Add vanilla by hand or mixer; gradually stir in confectioners' sugar. Add peanut butter to taste. Add milk until desired consistency. Then spread on cake.
