CHEWY RAISIN COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins

Mix all ingredients together. Drop by level teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown. Makes 50 cookies, 30 calories each. Chopped walnuts can be added, but calories go up.
