MEXICAN FRUITCAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained 2 tsp. baking soda 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chopped walnuts Mix all ingredients together and bake in a well-greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. FROSTING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cream cheese Beat ingredients together until smooth, spread on cake while warm. |
