MINI MORSELS MUFFINS 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) Nestle Mini-Morsels, divided

MUFFIN:

1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream

Topping: In small bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and flour; mix well. Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup morsels; set aside.

Muffin: Oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl combine butter, sugar and vanilla extract; beat until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups morsels.

Spoon into paper lined muffin cups, filling each about half full. Sprinkle each with 1 rounded tablespoonful topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely. Makes 18 muffins.
