KANSAS CITY STADIUM TRIFLE 
Prepare a 9 x 13 inch chocolate cake - mix or homemade. Frost with your favorite fudgy frosting. I heat 4 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa, 4 tablespoons milk and beat in enough powdered sugar to form a fudgy frosting. Freeze cake for easy cutting. Cut cake into 1-2 inch squares.

Whip 2 pints whipping cream, sweeten with powdered sugar to taste and add enough cocoa to make it a light chocolate brown (might be 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons cocoa).

Layer chocolate chunks and whipped cream in trifle bowl ending with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate shavings. Servings: 16.
