PEANUT BUTTER-CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar (Add nuts if desired) 2 eggs 2 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Cream butter and peanut butter. Gradually add sugars, beating until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth. Sift flour with baking soda. Beat into butter-sugar mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork that had been dipped in flour. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack. Store in an airtight container or zippered plastic bag. |
