ZIPPY GLAZED CARROTS 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 c. sliced carrots, cooked and drained
Parsley (optional)

Melt butter, add brown sugar and mustard. Stir until sugar is melted and thoroughly mixed. Add cooked carrots. Stir and cook over low heat until carrots are glazed. Sprinkle with parsley.
