FROZEN BANANAS 
3 lg. bananas, peeled and cut in half
6 popsicle sticks
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
4 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey

Put each half banana on a stick. Wrap with plastic and freeze. When bananas are frozen, melt the peanut butter, cocoa and honey together over low heat (or in the microwave). Thin with milk. Dip the bananas in the peanut butter-cocoa mixture or spoon it on. Roll the bananas in chopped nuts, granola or coconut. Re-freeze. Yummy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
