1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. minced onion
2 eggs
1 c. cracker crumbs
Catsup

In a large bowl, mix above ingredients. Mix and shape into loaf, place in covered roaster. Sprinkle small amount of Romano cheese and catsup over loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
