1/4 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip, thawed

Beat these ingredients together until smooth. Add 3 1/2 cups milk to 2 small boxes of instant pudding, chocolate or vanilla. Add to first mixture. Crush up a big package of Oreo cookies until fine. Put Oreo mixture into bottom of big bow, add pudding mixture, then Oreo mixture.

For special occasions, put mixture into a CLEAN flower pot and add assorted plastic flower and gummi worms on top.
