2 sm. bags Oreo's
18 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 stick butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cool Whip

Crush cookies in food processor; set aside. Mix butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Mix pudding and milk; combine with above mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Place foil in bottom of planter and layer cookies, pudding, cookies, etc. End with cookies. Serve with a spade.
