1 lg. pkg. (30) Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. vanilla instant pudding
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. milk

Crush cookies in food processor or blender, fine (will resemble top soil). Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar; set aside. Beat pudding, milk; stir in cream mixture, fold in Cool Whip. Layer cookies with mixture; ending with cookies on top. Chill and serve with artificial flowers in pot.
