JADE AND RUBY STIR FRY | |
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 lb. fresh broccoli 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 onion, chunked 2 red pepper, chunked 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms 1/3 c. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper Cut chicken and broccoli into bite size pieces. Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Stir fry chicken one minute. Add broccoli and onion, stir fry one minute. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover; cook 2 minutes, stirring once. Add peppers and mushrooms, stir fry 2 minutes. Add stir fry sauces and crushed red peppers, stirring until all is coated with sauce. Serves 4-6. |
