CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 c. sliced, cooked chicken
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook broccoli following label directions. Drain. Arrange in the bottom of a 2- quart shallow casserole. Arrange chicken over broccoli. Melt butter in a saucepan; blend in flour; cook 1 minute; remove from heat. Gradually stir in chicken broth and cream. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and bubbles, approximately 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking over low heat 1 minute. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
