CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
2 chickens
1 lb. sausage
1 box wild long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt

Boil chicken; debone and chop. Cook sausage. Cook rice as directed on package using chicken broth. Combine all ingredients and top with cracker crumbs or bread crumbs.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. (Use chicken broth as needed.)
