BARBECUED PORK 
(This is one of our favorites.)

2 whole pork tenderloins (approximately 12 oz. each)
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. red wine
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. red food coloring
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 onion, chopped

Mix together and marinate in refrigerate overnight. Turn meat frequently. Bake at 350 degrees oven 45 to 55 degrees minutes, turn often.
