BARBEQUE PORK 
3 tbsp. Hoisen sauce
1/2 tsp. 5 spice powder
1 tsp. ginger or 3 slices fresh ginger
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Mirin Rice Wine
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. pork tenderloin

In large glass dish, mix all ingredients. Add pork. Refrigerate overnight uncovered. Roast on rack with 1 inch water at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes, turning once and baste. Cool. Chill.
