MANDARIN ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
10 oz. Cool Whip or similar
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges

Mix Jello, cream cheese and 2 cups boiling water with mixer. Drain 2 cans of oranges and add to Jello mixture (retain juice). Add enough cold water to retained juice to make 1 1/2 cups and then add to Jello mixture. Refrigerate until slightly thick.

Add in 10 ounce Cool Whip and mix in with wire whisk. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 8 to 12.
