CHOP CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. thin cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. crushed potato chips
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef; put in casserole dish. Top with frozen peas and celery. Combine the mushroom soup, cream, onion, salt and pepper and pour this mixture over the celery. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
