OVERNIGHT BUNS 
4 c. water
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 packets yeast
2 tsp. salt
15 (scant) c. flour

Mix at 3 p.m.; let rise until 10 p.m. Make into buns on greased pan. Cover with towel. Let raise until 7 in morning. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
