2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend in blender on mix speed for 3 minutes. Thoroughly grease pie pan. Pour mixture in pan and let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Put in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
