MARINATED SALAD TOMATOES

6 tomatoes, peeled, quartered
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/4 c. chopped chives
Pinch of thyme

MARINADE:

1/4 c. wine vinegar
2/3 c. oil

Mix above together and marinate 2 hours.
