BEEF-CHILI RELLENO WON TON
APPETIZERS
 
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
2 onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
Dash of garlic salt
1 pkg. won ton wrappers

Brown and drain beef. Combine beef, onions, cheese, oregano, cumin, garlic salt and chiles. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each won ton wrapper and follow package directions for folding and sealing. Deep fry 1 1/2 minutes or until golden; drain on paper towels. Serve warm. Makes 6 dozen appetizers.
