MOCK CHICKEN 
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans tuna (packed in water)
1 box frozen peas
1 can evaporated milk
1 lg. bag potato chips

Crush bag of potato chips up. Mix soup, evaporated milk and (drained) tuna. Add frozen peas and 3/4 of a bag of crushed chips. Stir all together (if too thick add a little milk). Place in buttered (lightly) casserole dish. Put remaining chips on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6.
