PORK OVER RICE 
2-3 lb. lean pork chops
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
8 oz. can pineapple chunks, undrained

Cut pork into small bite size pieces. Combine other ingredients. Put in crock pot, cook on low for 3-4 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
