CARAMEL BANANA PIE 
Boil 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand, etc.) for 3 hours. Put unopened can of Eagle's in pot of water, keep 1 inch of water above the can. Boil for 3 hours. (LEAVE IT IN THE CAN - DO NOT OPEN CAN). You can boil more cans and store them up to three months in the refrigerator.

Use a graham cracker crust and line the crust with sliced bananas. Spoon the cooled caramelized milk over the bananas. Top with Cool Whip or real whipping cream. Refrigerate.
