PORK GLAZE 
1/2 c. catsup
1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. honey

Mix all together, bring to a boil. Cook until thick and clear. Serve over roast pork.
