MISSISSIPPI CORN BREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. cream style corn (sm. can)
1 c. sour cream or buttermilk (scant)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased pan for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Variation with mix:

1 box Flako mix (12 oz.)
Sm. can cream style corn
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
