PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. ground hot peppers
1/4 c. Tabasco
1/4 c. water
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Remove from stove and let stand for 5 minutes. Add 1 bottle Certo and pour into jars. Cool and refrigerate.
