CARROT BAKE 
6 med. fresh carrots, julienne cut
1 med. head cauliflower, separated into flowerettes
Butter
Nutmeg
Grated Parmesan cheese

Hear oven to 375 degrees. Arrange carrots in casserole. Layer cauliflowerettes over carrots. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg (to taste). Cover and bake until vegetables are tender (about 50 to 55 minutes). Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with parsley. Can be microwaved on high 10 to 12 minutes until tender. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
