2 sm. or 1 lg. box sugar-free orange gelatin
3 c. boiling water
1 6-oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 sm. can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple in natural juice
1 1/2 c. grapefruit sections, drained
1 1/2 c. orange sections, drained
Sweetener, equivalent to 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg, beaten or 1/4 c. egg substitute
1 pkg. D-Zerta Whip Topping, whipped
Grated cheese

Dissolve gelatin in water and stir until dissolved. Stir in frozen orange juice concentrate until melted. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add pineapple, grapefruit, and orange slices to gelatin. Chill until firmly set.
