POT DE CREME 
6 oz. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk

Place all ingredients in blender except milk. Heat milk just to boiling. Add milk to blender mix. Cover and blend 1 minute. Pour into 4 serving dishes. Cover with Saran or waxed paper. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or yogurt.
