HAM STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. noodles, cooked al denté
1 can tomato sauce
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves, minced
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 lb. ham, diced
1 tbsp. flour
1 can condensed beef bouillon
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions; stir with tomato sauce.

Meanwhile, in butter, sauté garlic, onion and diced ham for about 5 minutes. Combine flour, bouillon, pepper and add to ham mixture; simmer 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in sour cream. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Grease a 2 quart casserole; add noodles, then ham mixture; top with cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Serves 6.
