TOMATO RELISH 
12 med. ripe tomatoes
3 med. onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
3 green hot peppers
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar

Scald and peel tomatoes, quarter, and mix with above and simmer 2 hours or until thick. Seal in pint jars. Be sure it is hot and sweet enough even if you have to add a little more sugar and a pepper or so.
