BUTTER PECAN DELIGHT 
60 Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 1/4 c. milk
1 qt. softened butter pecan ice cream

Crush the crackers and combine with the butter. Save 1/2 cup of this mixture. Place the rest in a 9x13 inch pan and press it down. Take 2 packages of pudding combined with the milk and the ice cream. Mix pudding and ice cream together and spread over crackers. Spread Cool Whip over mixture in pan. Sprinkle remaining crackers over the top. Refrigerate 10-12 hours.
