NEIMAN MARCUS BARS 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box 10x sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix the first 4 ingredients together and press lightly into greased 9 x 13 inch pan (I use pyrex dish). Cream together the cream cheese, 2 eggs and 10x sugar and pour over the cake mixture. Bake at 325 degrees about 45 minutes. Cut into small bars when cool (may need hot knife). Very rich! May bake at 350 degrees if metal pan is used. For chocolate lovers, use 1 box German chocolate cake mix.
