BULLDOG BRITTLE 
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 box graham crackers

Butter two (9x13-inch) pans well. Line bottoms of pans with graham crackers.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar. Boil 1 minute. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread over crackers as best you can. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cut into strips while warm.
