BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. water
2/3 of 8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing Mix
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Cook broccoli and drain. Melt 1/2 cup butter in medium pan; add bouillon cubes and flour. Stir constantly. Add milk, cooking at medium heat until mixture thickens; pour OVER broccoli in a baking dish. Heat 1/2 cup water and mix with the 2/3 package of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix. Add nuts and 6 tablespoons of melted butter. Pour second mixture over the top of the broccoli mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.

VARIATIONS: Add 3-4 cups of cooked, chopped meat to broccoli mixture.
