BUTTER SPRITZ COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/4 c. sifted flour

Cream butter. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in 1 egg and extract. Blend in flour. Use in cookie gun or with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
